John L. Bibler II is a Retired Deputy Fire Chief with twenty years experience in Washington State Fire Service.

He served in the United States Army as a Military Police Investigator and as Security Specialist for the Department of Defense before joining the fire service.

During his career, John served as:  Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, Captain and Firefighter/Engineer, Training & Safety Officer, Fire/Arson Investigator, Fire Prevention Officer, Building Inspector, Reserve Police Officer.

John is a graduate of the National Fire Academy, Emmetsburg, Maryland in the following programs: Training Program Management, Fire Prevention Management and Volunteer Fire Service Management Programs.

John is a member of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, International Association of Fire Fighters, Washington State Fire Chief's Association, Fire Training & Safety Officers Division.
